Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — we offer free local pickup in the Cypress/Bridgeland area. After you place your order, we'll reach out to arrange a convenient time.
How long does an order take?
Our standard turnaround time is 1–2 weeks. Personalized pieces are stitched to order, so thank you for your patience!
Can I personalize my item?
Many of our pieces can be customized with names, monograms, and school spirit designs. Look for the Customize option on the product page, or contact us with your idea.
Where are your products made?
Every piece is designed and embroidered with care in Cypress, Texas.
What if I need a gift by a specific date?
We offer rushed order pricing, but send us an e-mail to ensure timely completion of the product, and any special customizations are finalized in time. Order completion is subject to shipping times if Local Pickup is not an option.
